L’esperienza
Informazioni su questa esperienza
In the heart of Bucharest's Old Town, an old mystery stirs once more.
At Manuc's Inn, a solitary traveler presses a worn journal into your hands. His ancestor? Vlad the Impaler, Prince of Wallachia, known to the world as Count Dracula. As you walk through the city's lamplit streets, decoding clues and following a centuries-old trail, the boundary between history and legend begins to dissolve. Could Dracula still walk among us?
This immersive walking adventure in Bucharest leads through hidden courtyards, Gothic crossings, and historical landmarks, tracing the shadow of a figure who has never quite left. Open the journal, and follow the trail.
Fa per voi?
Per chi è
Visitors drawn to the Dracula and Vlad the Impaler legend who want to stay in Bucharest rather than make a full-day Bran Castle trip get about two hours of decoding clues through the Old Town, from Manuc's Inn past old churches and Mitropoliei Hill to Carol Park. Pick something else if you want a live guide to quiz on history or cannot comfortably walk 3.7 km.

Domande frequenti
Is there a Dracula-themed quest I can play in Bucharest?
Yes. This self-guided walk is played on your phone. It begins at Manuc's Inn, where a traveler hands you a worn journal from his ancestor, Vlad the Impaler. You follow its trail through the Old Town, decoding clues at each place, for about two hours and 3.7 km.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Manuc's Inn and finishes at Carol Park, so it is not a loop. On the way you pass Saint Dumitru Church, Domnița Bălașa Church, Mitropoliei Hill and George Cantacuzino's Fountain, among other stops, with the app leading you from one to the next.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about two hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers 3.7 km on foot through Bucharest's Old Town and on to Carol Park. You can pause along the way and continue later if you need a break.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends, couples or families can follow the journal side by side and work through the clues as a team at your own pace.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. You can start whenever you like, with no group to join and no guide to meet. The app tells the story of each place and sets the puzzles, and you can pause and pick up where you left off.
