Qualche risposta prima di partire
Domande frequenti
Is the Oz escape game in Brisbane family friendly?
Yes, it suits families who enjoy puzzles. You work through the clues together while following a story based on L. Frank Baum's original 1900 Oz novel, with original Oz-themed songs along the way. The walk is about 2 km over around 90 minutes, and you can pause whenever children need a break.
Is this an escape room in Brisbane city?
It is an outdoor, escape-room-style game played on your phone in the Brisbane CBD. Instead of a locked room, clues lead you between real places such as King George Square, Brisbane Square, Post Office Square, the MacArthur Museum Brisbane and the Brisbane RAAF Memorial, where you crack puzzles to outsmart the witch.
Where does the game start and finish?
It starts at Queens Gardens in the Brisbane CBD and the route loops back to finish there too, so you end where you began. Along the way you pass sites such as the Bank of New South Wales building and the Thomas Joseph Ryan monument.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for about 2 km of walking through the city centre. There is no set time slot, so you can start whenever suits you, and you can pause the game and pick it up again later if you want to stop for food or a rest.
Can we play as a group or on our own?
Both work. Groups of friends, couples and families can team up to solve the puzzles together, and one ticket covers your whole group. If you prefer to play solo, you can take on the witch's challenges alone and compare your result on the leaderboard.
