Pentru cine este
This 2.4 km loop through Houston's Museum District starts and ends at St Matthew Lutheran Church, passing Children's Museum Houston, The Health Museum and the Hawkins Sculpture Walk. Groups of friends, couples, families with kids or teens and fans of Baum's 1900 Oz novel get escape-room teamwork on open streets. Întrebări frecvente
Is this a walk-in escape game, or do we need to book a time slot?
There is no time slot to book. You start whenever suits you, play on your phone as the app leads you from place to place, and you can pause and carry on later if you need a break.
Is this a good escape room for kids in Houston?
Families with kids or teens play it together, working on the puzzles as a team while following the Oz story. The route is 2.4 km and takes around 90 minutes, passing Children's Museum Houston and The Health Museum. Younger children will likely need adults to help with the puzzles.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
The game starts and finishes at St Matthew Lutheran Church (LCMS), making it a 2.4 km loop through stops such as the Clayton Library Campus, Hotel ZaZa Museum District and the Cancer Survivors Plaza. Plan on around 90 minutes, longer if you take breaks.
Can we play as a group, or on our own?
Both work. One ticket covers your whole group, so friends, families or work groups can solve the puzzles together and try to outsmart the witch. Solo players can tackle her challenges alone and compete against the leaderboard.
Is it played outdoors, and what if it rains?
Yes, it is an outdoor escape-room-style game played on the streets as you walk between locations. If the weather turns, you can pause the game and continue later from where you left off.
