Preguntas frecuentes
Where does the mural walk start and finish?
It starts at Grove Street PATH station and is a loop, finishing on Columbus Dr back near the start. Along the way you pass alleyway murals, the 6th Street Embankment, the Mural Festival site, Monmouth Street and the Social Club mural.
How long does it take?
Most players take about 2 hours 40 minutes, close to three hours, including the 4.4 km walk and the word puzzles. You can pause at any point and continue later, so it is easy to stop for food or coffee along the way.
What are the must-see street art spots in Jersey City?
This route takes in the We One Mural, Wendy at the Window, the New Jerusalem mural in a parking lot, the murals on Monmouth Street, the Social Club mural and two painted catch basins, with stories about the artists and a bit of local history.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together on the walk. There is no set start time and no group to join, so you can begin whenever suits you and work through the word puzzles together at your own pace.
When is the best time to do the walk, and what is the route like?
The route is open around the clock, but daylight is better for seeing the art. It is a level walk on city sidewalks and a pedestrian plaza, with one stretch of rough sidewalk and a high curb. Temporary construction may affect parts of the route.
