The Search for the Salvatore Brothers

The game is barely alright as a first draft. It does take you through some landmarks in Arad, which is the plus side of it. As for the cons...There are no directions unless you want to use your points, so you rely on your map app for the whole game. Some of the spots were also not mentioned so you couldn't even use a map ("the most popular hotel", "a theater", "a fancier hotel"). The game does mention the Salvatore brothers in the title so I thought it was gonna be a short story through Arad using the characters and then the usual info pieces on the landmarks. However, there was no actual story line, just pieces of fangirl musings over the show, and no information at all on Arad. One of the challenges was on the actual show, then two other ones were about which picture looks like it comes from some restaurant in Arad or what is some hotel known for among high schoolers. Maybe it was designed as an inside joke/game for the creator and their pals, but needs a lot of work to be interesting as a standalone quest.
