Fa per voi?
Per chi è
Friends, couples and families who love Krakow's folklore can play a poor young artist trying to impress Stanislaw Wyspianski, solving puzzles from the Barbakan past Jama Michalika and the Matejko House to the Wawel Dragon. Art lovers get stories instead of a lecture. Choose something else if you want a live guide to question, or if 3.2 km over about 2.5 hours outdoors is too much walking.

Domande frequenti
Which Krakow legends does this walk cover?
The story follows a young artist hoping to impress Wyspianski, and the route takes in places linked to Krakow's tales, including the Grażyna and Litawor statue, the Zbruch Idol and Smok Wawelski, the Wawel Dragon, where the quest ends. At each stop the app tells the place's story and sets a puzzle.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at the Barbakan fortifications and finishes at Smok Wawelski, so it is not a loop. Along the 3.2 km route you pass St. Florian's Gate, the Town Hall Tower, the Franciscan Basilica and Saints Peter and Paul Church, among other stops.
How long does it take, and do we need to book a time?
Most players take about 2.5 hours, walking and puzzles included. There is no time slot to book and no group to join: start whenever you like, and you can pause and continue later if you want a coffee break along the way.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. The quest suits friends, couples and families playing together, and one ticket covers the whole group. You follow the route and solve the puzzles together on a phone, with no guide setting the pace.
Can we play in the evening?
It is recommended not to play at night. The puzzles are set in what is in front of you at each stop around the Old Town, so plan to walk the route in daylight, outdoors, and allow about 2.5 hours before dark.
