Preguntas frecuentes
What is there to do and see in Old Town Toronto?
This self-guided quest links ten real landmarks with a story and puzzles: the Toronto Sign, Old City Hall, the Toronto-Dominion Centre, The Pasture, the Fairmont Royal York, the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Omni King Edward Hotel, the Cathedral Church of St. James, King Street East and Jarvis Street, and St. Lawrence Market.
Does Toronto have an Old Town?
Yes. This walk explores Old Town Toronto, with later stops at the Cathedral Church of St. James, the corner of King Street East and Jarvis Street, and St. Lawrence Market. Along the way the app sets puzzles in the streets and buildings in front of you.
When does the quest start, and do we need to book a time?
There is no fixed departure time and no group to join. You start whenever you like at the Toronto Sign, and the app guides you from stop to stop on your phone. You can also pause along the way and continue later.
How long is the walk and where does it finish?
The route covers about 3.1 km and most players take around 1 hour 45 minutes, walking and puzzles included. It is not a loop: you begin at the Toronto Sign and finish at St. Lawrence Market.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends or couples can share a phone, read the story and work through the puzzles side by side as you walk the route.
What’s the story behind this twisted walk?
One day in Toronto, reality glitches—the colors get weird, the sky turns orange, familiar signs change. You’re stuck in a distorted moment and have to piece together clues to escape the “darkroom” and get back to normal.
Who is this quest perfect for—pairs, friends, solo travellers?
It’s great for everyone. Couples will enjoy the creepy vibe + puzzle solving; friends will love racing each other; solo explorers will soak up every strange detail.
Can this be a romantic date idea?
Yes! If you don’t mind a little chill and a lot of atmosphere. Walking hand in hand through the old city streets under this twisted reality, solving secrets together—it adds a spark.
